In my opinion the State Government machinery is not well equiped for implementing the ban on naxals.
So ban of naxals is ill timed and it may boomerang.

So far my views goes the government should allow free movement of naxals and the government should ask it's officers to act seriously in all the 16 naxal prone districts.After that they will not show their face.

The Government is shying out from it's duty. That is why it is banning the naxals.By the ban it will not able to contain the menace.
