Instead of adding one more DG the Govt should keep only two DGs as per cadre strength. Likewise it should curtail the posts of CS. They are the big fish who works on their interest ONLY. Why Govt is adding these big posts whli slashing small posts and imposed ban on new recruitments in the pretext of financial crunch?

I think fourth DG post shopuld be created to look into Naxal Problems only.
Like for KBK we have third Chief secretary post so the fourth DG Post may be dedicated to control Naxal Menace.

So far my opinion goes I will advise the Government to abolish the existing three DG posts and allow only one.When there was a single IG post law and order was much better than today's situation.
Now insted of white sahibs, we have Brown Sahibs to look after themselves only.So forget about the Fourth DG Post.
